Calling all post-natal momma's, this is the perfect workout programme to help you regain your fitness, strength, confidence and support your road to body recovery. The programme is designed to be done at home or at the gym. All you need is a resistance band and 1 set of dumbbells. It is absolutely not too intense, all you need is 30 minutes... make productive use of the baby naps! I will be with you every step of the way to support you and be your personal cheerleader.
